牵手助人会常年以“牵手慈善晚会”筹集善款的重要方式，挽救了一名烧伤儿童及一名肾病儿童的生命；依托“阳光伴你行”项目帮助了中山市300多户重度贫困残疾家庭。2017年起成立“牵手助人基金”，通过中山市残疾人体育协会的平台，专注于中山市残疾人体育及文化事业，鼓励他们走出家门，更好地融入社会。

Helping Hands, work towards building a better society 

Helping Hands Charity Party is a way of Helping Hands Charity Fund to raise money to assist disabled people in Zhongshan. The money we have raised so far has been used in many positive ways. A badly burned girl and a boy with severe kidney problems were helped and now lead productive lives. More than 300 families with disabled members have received financial and other support in recent years. 

Helping Hands Charity Fund was set up in 2017. The fund works with Zhongshan Disabled Sports Association and aims to encourage disabled friends to take part in sports, cultural, arts, and social activities. We hope through these activities, they can build more confidence, have healthier bodies, find jobs and integrate better into society.
